Role Overview
The Operations Intern will assist in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and learn about the operations side of a growing food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations: Support the operations team in managing workflow and logistics within the production facility.
  • Data entry and record-keeping: Help maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and operational data.
  • Support inventory management: Assist with monitoring stock levels and preparing inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with teams: Work with different departments, including logistics, production, and administration, to support operational activities.
  • Help with administrative tasks: Assist in scheduling meetings, filing documents, and handling communications as needed.
  • Support compliance efforts: Learn about and assist in ensuring operations comply with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other certifications.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 months.
