Role Overview
The Operations Executive & Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This position requires someone who can handle administrative duties while overseeing operational activities to support the efficiency of production, logistics, and general office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations: Manage the workflow of the production facility and ensure efficient execution of processes.
- Administrative duties: Handle office tasks, including scheduling, filing, record-keeping, and handling internal communications.
- Coordinate with departments: Work closely with logistics, production, and management teams to align operations with business goals.
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels of materials and products, liaising with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory for production.
- Compliance: Ensure the company complies with industry standards and certifications (HACCP, ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Support HR and finance: Assist in payroll, employee documentation, and other human resource-related activities.
- Prepare reports: Create and present operational and administrative reports to senior management.
- Vendor management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
