Your Role:

  • Report and coordinate repairs for office air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate fund requests, update petty cash records, and handle purchases.
  • Conduct biweekly checks, restock stationery, and manage supplies.
  • Coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and send congratulatory messages.
  • Coordinate parking card renewals and communicate with the finance department.
  • Provide necessary guidance and support throughout their visitation process.
  • Visit government agency offices or designated locations to submit required documents on behalf of our organization.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and organize company events, including team building activities, annual trips, and annual dinners.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

 

Qualifications:

  • Posses own transport.
  • Prefer male as required to conduct office maintenance works.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Google Docs, Google Sheets and others.
