Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our team and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As part of our administrative team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure all office equipment is functioning correctly.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
2. Scheduling and Coordination
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
- Manage travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
3. Communication and Correspondence
- Handle email and phone communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare, proofread, and send out company-wide memos, reports, and other official documents.
4. Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily retrievable.
- Assist in generating reports and compiling data for management review.
5. Support to Departments
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including Marketing, HR, and IT.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and help with HR documentation.
6. Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing company events, including team-building activities, training sessions, and company-wide meetings.
- Ensure that all event-related logistics are managed effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
- Proven experience with administrative tasks and office management.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
